Born in Yin Country,Zhejiang Province ,Tong Zhongtao,styled himeself Mengchun,graduated from Zhejiang Art College in 1962,and now is professor in Chinese Painting Department of China Academy of Art,member of Standing Committee of Oriental Boya Society,and also member of Chinese Artists Association.
