The Yellow River Modern Chinese Painting Exhibition

The Yellow River is the cradle of Chinese nation. She gave birth to and created great oriental civilization. In the mind of Chinese people, she is not only a river, but the meaning of Chinese cultural and national spirit, and the existing of life and permanence.
In September 2001, Beijing Eurasian Modern Fine Arts Institute that united China International Exhibition Agency and People¨s Fine Arts Publishing House

held a large scale paintings exhibition with academic atmosphere which reflected the history、culture and natural scenery of the Yellow River. Most of the painters who intended the exhibition are middle-aged artists who have much responsibility、influence and creativity, some artists are famous in art circle.
Painting is one of the artistic styles that do not need any translation. Although it has difference between the East and the West, but it has no national boundaries. In contemporary world, the pursuing and appreciation of the beautiful are about the same. Now, we have selected some exhibited works to exhibit in Canada again. And we hope that we could create a new kind of cultural style and spirit through this impact and interchange of culture and art from the East and the West.
